APRILSKIN.US offers worldwide shipping to several countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia. We also provide coverage to areas like the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii. However, please note that our worldwide shipping service is not currently available to locations other than these mentioned.

Shipping Costs (US)

  • Free standard shipping within the continental US is applicable on orders of $60 and above, excluding tax, and after discounts have been applied. However, please be aware that this free shipping threshold does not apply to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii. Shipping fees for these locations are determined at checkout based on the products and weight of your order. You can find the shipping fees during the final stage of the checkout process.
  • Standard fulfillment and shipping typically take 5-9 business days after placing an order, using DHL. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Standard shipping costs a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders up to $59.99.
  • Shipping fees may vary based on weight or location. You can review the shipping fees at the final stage during checkout.

Shipping fees for Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France are determined by the country and weight of your order. Customer Charges / Taxes


As soon as the items arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner DHL. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country. Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, and handling costs charged to the recipient by DHL by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by APRILSKIN, even if these items are returned.

 

Basic Terms & Conditions of Shipping

  1. Orders placed before 10:00 AM PDT Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship out within 2-3 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods, your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
  2. Order cancellation is only available if the order is unfulfilled.

 

Shipping Address Change

If you've paid and need to change your shipping address, contact us ASAP with the order number and new address. Address changes can't be made once orders are packed. Accurate info during checkout is crucial. Note: Email request doesn't guarantee change until confirmed by us. Incorrect shipping info. related failed deliveries are not our responsibility.

Tracking Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Refund / Exchange

If the order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. In this case, please be sure to refer your order number to our customer service team for faster processing.

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges (even of unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.

While we do not accept returns, we do issue a refund for the item(s) that caused any unpleasant experience. Kindly contact our customer service team and we will assist you accordingly.
